FAQs
Reusable period pads can hold up to 12x more fluid that a disposable pad, they are eco-friendly and usually a more affordable alternative in the long run, lasting up to 2 years or more.
Most disposable period products that are organic are also hypoallergenic - check the description and packaging for details. However if you're really looking for products that are kind to your skin, the best choice is reusable period pants and pads.
If you're looking for a period product that holds the most blood, period pants and reusable pads can hold up to 60ml of fluid, the equivalent of 12 regular tampons.
This depends on your choice of period product. Most disposable tampons and pads are suitable for 6-8 hours, but always check the packaging first. Alternatively if you're looking for something to last you a little longer, period pants and reusable pads can last up to 12 hours.
