The Hello Cup comes in 3 sizes to suit every woman, holding between 17ml (small) and 29.5ml (large) of fluid. It can easily be cleaned with the Hello Wash or Hello Steamer and will give you years of protection, making it a great eco-friendly alternative choice to disposable tampons and pads.

Care instructions 

Wash between uses with cold water using a mild soap or the Hello Wash. 

Sterilise after each period by boiling for 5-10 minutes or using the Hello Steamer. 

Worth noting

Care instructions

Before and after use, rinse in cold water until clean, use a gentle soap if needed. Dry and keep in your storage back between periods. 

For a full clean, fill the cup with water and place the rim against the palm of your hand. Then turn it over and squeeze it so the water cleans out the small holes on the sides.

Usage guide

Rinse your cup after use, place it in the sterilising pod, and add enough water to fully submerge it. Loosely cover with the lid and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Allow to fully cool before removing the lid.

Easy to use, just add water and press the button for a sterilised clean.

It's compact, portable and safe, automatically turning off. 

Made from FDA certified PP plastic (polypropylene) and BPA-free.

The Hello Period team recommend sterilising at the the end of your cycle so your cup or disc is ready to go as soon as your period arrives next time.

Turn on, add water, place your disc or cup inside top side up then press the button.

IMPORTANT - We recommend that Hello Steamy is turned off at the wall and unplugged once the steam cycle has finished.

Good to know 

It's still important to rinse and wash your Hello Disc or Hello Cup before you sterilise it. 

The warranty covers electrical faults and defects in materials only. It does not cover damage from misuse of the product or normal wear and tear.
