If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a diagnosed medical condition, speak to a healthcare professional before taking supplements.
5. Product information
We try to make sure product descriptions, prices, ingredients, images and availability are accurate.
However, product packaging and ingredients may change. You should always check the product label before using any product.

If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you.
8. Pricing and VAT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling.
Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on the product type and applicable VAT rules.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown before checkout.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment is taken through our payment providers, which may include Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Stripe or other approved providers.
We do not store your full card details.
You must ensure you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
10. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated timings will be shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or someone you nominate.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.
11. Consumer cancellation rights
If you buy goods online from us, you usually have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel.
You then usually have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Some products cannot be cancelled or returned once opened, unsealed or used for hygiene, health protection or safety reasons.
These include opened supplements, opened menstrual products, used underwear, opened diagnostic tests and certain digital products once accessed.
Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
