The DAME Period Cup™️ is made from medical grade materials and is self-sanitising so all you need to do is rinse and re-use. Designed to last for years it's a great sustainable choice for period care. Great for regular flow, it can hold the equivalent of 3 regular tampons to keep you protected for up to 12 hours.

Care instructions
Before and after use, rinse in cold water until clean, use a gentle soap if needed. Dry and keep in your storage back between periods.
For a full clean, fill the cup with water and place the rim against the palm of your hand. Then turn it over and squeeze it so the water cleans out the small holes on the sides.
