The Grace & Green reusable menstrual cup offers a sustainable alternative to single use period products. Ideal for heavier flow, it can hold the equivalent of 4 regular tampons and be worn up to 12 hours.
Size
Size 1 is great for beginner cup users and those who have not given birth vaginally.
Size 2 is the perfect fit for those with a heavy flow, experienced cup users and those that have given birth vaginally.

Care instructions
Wash with cold water and a mild soap between uses
Sterilise after each period - boil the cup in water for 5-10 minutes to disinfect it or use the Grace & Green Sterilisation Pod.
