How to use
Unwrap your tampon but keep the applicator in place. For comfort and ease, we recommend trying different positions, such as sitting or standing to find the most comfortable way to reach your vagina. If you're feeling discomfort your tampon may not be inserted properly. Always use the lowest absorbency for your flow and change your tampon every 4-8 hours.
Worth noting
After use, wrap the tampon in the packaging or in tissue paper. Dispose of it in a general waste bin. Never flush period products down the toilet.
